Kurz vorweg: Mir ging es bei dem Artbook in erster Linie um die Scibbles zum Character Design und dessen Entwicklung.Wer also fertig gerenderte Bilder erwartet, wird wohl etwas enttäuscht sein. Gibts z.T. auch, aber der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Character Idiation.Für mich ein echtes Highlight. Die Zahl und Qualität der Character Designs ist einfach genial und man bekommt eine Menge zu sehen.Kleines Manko meiner Meinung nach ist, dass es den schwarzweiss Scribbles z.T. etwas an Tiefe fehlt. Hier hätte die Repro einen besseren Job machen können. Auch hätte man gern auf ein paar Scribbles verzichten können (die Menge erschlägt einen) und dafür einen Tick größer abbilden.Die Klebebindung stört mich bisher nicht – es hält noch. Wäre es ein gebundenes Buch, wäre es natürlich auch teurer.Am besten die Videorezension ansehen, darin bekommt man einen guten Eindruck vom Buch.

Meine persönliche Wertung sind fünf Sterne, am liebsten würde ich noch einen Sechsten hinzufügen (weil es mehr Charakterskizzen, Zeichnungen, etc. zu sehen gibt, als im ersten Buch, was mir persönlich sehr gefällt). Ob für Personen im selben Berufsfeld (z.B. Illustratoren), Hobbykünstler, Videospieler, oder Leute die sich gerne an Kunst erfreuen - schlagen Sie zu, solange es nur geht!Hier wird im Grunde, und ich bin mir sicher nicht einmal im Gesamtumfang, gezeigt, wieviel Arbeit in so einem Projekt steckt. Für mich eine große Inspiration und immer wieder unterhaltsam, auch nur wenige Seiten minutenlang zu betrachten. Vermutlich wird man hier überraschend feststellen, wieviel Zeit beim Durchblättern vergeht. Ich verliere mich immer wieder in diesem Buch.Für jene die das erste Buch mochten - eine klare Empfehlung meinerseits.Nachfolgend ein Mangel (nicht am Inhalt des Buches, sondern am Buch selbst) :- Wer das erste Buch kennt, der kennt auch die sehr schlechte Klebebindung. Dies hat sich leider nicht in diesem Buch gebessert.Gehen Sie also unbedingt sehr sorgsam mit diesem Buch um, ansonsten lösen sich womöglich die Seiten!Blättern Sie am besten, indem Sie beide "Hälften des Buches eher in einer V-Form halten, damit sich die Klebebindung nicht zu lösen beginnt.Ich hoffe meine Rezension kann weitere Interessenten zu einem Kauf bewegen, denn dieses Buch hat es für mein Befinden absolut verdient.

Die Artworks und Zeichnungen von Madureira sind jeden Cent wert,viele Skizzen, leider nicht ganz so viele Paintings, aber es lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach auf jeden Fall,wenn man sich für Artbooks interessiert.2 kleine Kritikpunkte hab ich aber leider doch.Zum einen ist das Buch leider nicht gebunden, sondern geleimt ..war vor allem bei dieser Seitenzahl wohl leider schnell dazu führen dürfte,dass sich Seiten anfangen aus der Leimung zu lösen.Der zweite Kritikpunkt ist, dass es so gut wie keine Erklärungen oder Kommentare gibt.Nicht wirklich schlimm, wenns einem nur um die Kunstwerke geht,aber wäre doch ab und an sehr interessant gewesen.Trotzdem lohnt sich der Kauf, MAD!'s Stil ist einfach toll.

Abgesehen von der Qualtität der Bindung ein wirklich schönes und vor allem umfangreiches Artbook.Das Produkt erhielt trotz des Mankos der Bindung von mir die volle Anzahl Sterne, da man bei dem Preis und dem Umfang m.E. damit Leben können sollte.Eine qualitativ hochwertigere Bindung hätte das Buch - auch aufgrung der ziemlich spezifischen Thematik - sicherlich massiv verteuert.

I enjoyed this typical Sam Wick thriller. Lots of action and suspense. With Eddie’s help they go on an impossible rescue mission to get a CIA operative out of Afghanistan. The rescue was amazing, the aftermath unclear. I would have liked to know more about what happened to Josh after the mission.

Sam Wick has 24 hours to extricate an agent who, posing as a CNN reporter, had been captured and tortured for days. This is the best book thus far in the Sam Wick series. Intel, precise plans, blood, bodies everywhere in Sams wake. You must read this third book in the series.

A good story line, except the writer seems to be too political to the point of attempting to hint the character of the president in the book is President Donald Trump. This s not a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

I enjoyed the way the book was formatted, with only a few lines per page. There were full pages of the story as well and they all worked very well. Sam Wick certainly is a blood SOB but knows his job, carrying it out without any hesitation. I enjoyed all the books so far and pre-ordered the newest one. Thanks.
